Hydra 20/30 Mobile

Hydra 20/30 mobile really represents the evolution of the species in the medium/low-pressure range.
Unique in the industry for compactness, quietness, reliability and accessories which make it possible to optimise foaming, rinsing and disinfection processes in the food sector in particular.
Everything is already provided on board the machine, from the electrical panel with indicator lights to control the direction of rotation of the pump to the all-stainless steel dosing system for skimming and disinfecting, thus creating an extremely reliable integrated combination that meets all sanitising requirements.
The frame as well as the trolley is made of stainless steel, and there is space on board for two 30 kg detergent containers (mobile version only).
All machine parts are easily inspected for overhauls and checks.
The pump with which it is equipped, absorbs 2.2 Kw, develops a pressure of about 20 bars with a maximum flow rate of more than 30 l/min and is suitable for hot water up to 90°C.
The controls are realised in low voltage 24V and the switch-off is in “Total Stop function shuts down the system when the lance is closed.
As with all low to medium pressure systems, compressed air must be introdu-ced to produce the foam.
The use of Hydra 20/30 is also among the most rational washing machines to operate, as to start washing the operator simply needs to turn the lever on the front panel and inserts the lance.
