Automatic Tank Washing

This type of system is specific for Automatic washing of tanks and reservoirs con forme e volumi diversi e garantisce i più alti standard di Pulizia e di Igiene anche in ambito alimentare, evitando possibili rischi di contaminazione microbiologica e/o chimica.
Nel caso specifico, l’impianto si compone di 4 sections such as washing cabin real stainless steel complete with rotating head and detection and safety sensors powered by the special high pressure group, the Suction station of the residual water inside the 1000 liter tank, the Drying station which introduces hot air inside the tank at a temperature of 85°C, powered by the Heating Group che sfrutta il calore del vapore saturo che passa in una speciale serpentina e che, grazie alla presenza di una turbina eroga volumi importanti di aria calda favorendo l’asciugatura in tempi veramente ridotti.
Tutto il processo è chiaramente tenuto sotto controllo da quadro elettrico inox, gestito da PLC dedicato con visualizzatore touch screen, per un facile e intuitivo accesso ai programmi impostati di default e sarà sufficiente premere il tasto di start per iniziare la procedura di lavaggio scelta.
È previsto inoltre il external washing of the tank always with hot water using a dedicated high pressure lance, in particular with regards to cleaning the critical points such as the closing cap and the drain valves.
