UVC 100
Sanitizing cabinet with UVC rays technology
The treatment of equipment with UVC rays arises from the verification that many pathogens exposed to sunlight slowed down their development and sometimes were even destroyed.
The study of these radiations has led to the discovery of ultraviolet rays which, depending on the frequency, have been divided into three bands UVA-UVB and UVC. Among these, the one with the greatest bactericide power is the one with a frequency of less than 2800 Å (UVC).
More in-depth studies have confirmed that the action of these radiations is lethal for living microorganisms, such as viruses, spores and protozoa, thus starting to use UVC rays, suitably produced by special lamps for the surface treatment of those equipment, which due to their function are constantly in contact with perishable biological material.
Thanks to these studies, sterilizer cabinets equipped with moisture extractor, 69 W high-performance lamps and inside them, special guides for inserting the new CPC knife holders and APG 400 apron holders were created.
The versions differ in size and insertion capabilities. P indicates the knives and G the hangers.
